This includes having been chief operations officer for one of the largest and best performing US-based hedge funds. Additionally, while holding senior positions in institutional sales for several renowned trading and advisory solutions providers in Asia-Pacific, Siva secured new business in excess of $100 million.
In September 2010, Siva realized that the time was right to offer a 'high touch' independent service to the business world he had known throughout much of his career. And to no one's great surprise, the month immediately following Siva's epiphany, Absolute Consult was born and has been a going concern for a full decade.

Rob has been employed in several Asian countries over two decades. Since relocating to Singapore in 1998 from Cambodia and Thailand, Rob has held front-line positions in East Timor and Indonesia, and has also lived and worked in Malaysia.
Rob spent part of the Asian leg of his eclectic career as an economist and capital markets analyst with a Japanese securities company and a Fortune 500 company. In 2003, Rob constructed the pioneer absolute return fund database for a leading global provider of alternative data. Over the years, Rob has managed to cultivate a network of key market contacts within both the alternative and traditional investment management and banking industries throughout Asia-Pacific.
